Orders & Product Information

If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If an important pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund it.
Promotions apply only under the conditions stated with the offer. Shipping, cancellations, defects, delivery problems and refunds are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy and applicable law. Contact us before returning any item.
